What's Next

B.G. Properties with Good ROI. 

investor PROCESS

  1. Sign-up to our subscription to access VIP deals as they come through on Monday’s ahead of non-VIP members, who get notified on  Wednesday.
  2. Get 10% off the Sourcing Fee, after completing your first three Deals, with us.
  3. State your criteria and budget details.
  4. Complete the ‘Know Your Customer’ Anti-money Laundering Checks.
  5. Once you have selected a deal you will be brought to the Exclusivity and Non-disclosure Agreement for your signature.
  6. Invoiced to pay the Sourcing Fee. This will be held for 14 days following receipt of the signed agreement.
  7. Once Fee has been received, full details will then be sent to you.
  8. A Live call (Zoom, Google Meet) with parties involved agreed to discuss the deal.
  9. You will be expected to complete your 14 day due diligence on the deal.
  10. We then instruct the selling agents, if involved in the sale, who the buyer is via email.
  11. The Property is then marked SSTC.
  12. The purchase process goes through as a normal sale.
  13. Then you take it over from there. You deal directly with the Seller/agent, etc..

Co-Sourcing Deals Process

  1. Sign-up to our subscription to join with us to Co-Source deals. 
  2. Deals are published on Monday’s for VIP Investors only, ahead of non-VIP Investors, who get notified on  Wednesday.
  3. Initial Co-Sourcing Fees are a 50:50 split. You will then get 60:40 split of the Sourcing Fee, after completing your first three Sold Deals, with us.
  4. Complete the ‘Know Your Customer’ Anti-money Laundering Checks.
  5. On approval of this, you will be sent a Co-Sourcing Agreement for your signature.
  6. Return this together with your details for bank transfer of Sourcing Fees payable.
  7. You will then be sent an email with  instructions on how to post your deals.
  8. Please note the strict criteria to adhere to when completing your post. All compulsory fields must be completed.
  9. Deals posted will go through a review, before publication.
  10. When your deal is selected by an Investor, you will be required to join in on the Live Call (Zoom / Google Meet).
  11. During the Live call all details and any further information is to be relayed to the Investor.
  12. Following the meeting you will be required to Invoice B.G. Sourcing Ltd. to pay the agreed percentage of the  Sourcing Fee. 
  13. Note that the Sourcing Fee will be held for 14 days.
  14. In which time the Investor will be expected to complete their 14 day due diligence on the deal.
  15. Until such time fees paid are subject to be refunded to the Investor.
  16. Property is marked SSTC.
  17. The purchase process goes through as a normal sale.
